It is not safe for people to be living beside the Nuclear Reactors,

Reactors might leak when there are natural disasters like Earthquakes which tear the Nuclear Reactors up and causing them to go into Meltdown Mode.

Radiation causes Fatal Cancerous cells in the human body to develop thus causing people to die after they are radiated.

they are built too close to residences

dont want to waste too much space and leave it empty

more buildings can be built there

more people can live there

so the population and living condition will be better
