These are the tips and guidelines in writing your team's root causes (refer to those you've done last week). In Innovation and Entrepreneurship, we need to tackle the root cause to prevent others from picking up the ideas easily and to make sure we do not have to go back to square one and work through the whole process.
The process may be gruelling, but good ideas come from building on each others' thoughts.
