Lifts inefficient > Lifts are not properly maintained > People/ Lifts are not properly funded to operate at its maximum capabilities > The lifts are unattended to/ The managers are trying to save money > Government is focusing on other area too much and improving on areas that are not important/ Facing cash problems.
Because the lifts in HDB flats are currently inefficient, how might we change the lifts in terms of design and program in order to create more user-friendly lifts for the people to get to their destinations slightly quicker in the year 2012 and beyond.
